We recently mentioned a post by Andrew of DomainNameWire that uncovered some alleged warehousing practices by Godaddy with it’s Standard Tactics LLC subsidiary.
Basically, what Godaddy was doing was passing on all the domain names that noone bought at the Godaddy expired domain auctions to it’s subsidiary - Standard Tactics LLC - who then promptly parked these same domain names for profit - effectively never allowing domain names registered with Godaddy to truly expire ( well at least the good ones ...
